Why to be kind?
World kindness day is celebrated every year to promote kindness.
But why one should be kind?
Why should we follow the path of kindness?
The answer is here,
According to spiritual experts, kindness boosts positive vibrations inside us and we can use this positive energy to bring out a positive attitude within us like confidence, motivation, intelligence, etc.
According to psychologists, positive qualities within us is determined by the power of the neuron network inside our brain.
When we do something positive, the number of neurons increases, and when we do something negative, neurons in our brain shrink.
Kindness can be a way to increase the number of neurons inside of our brains.
And here is the question arise
How to be kind?
First of all many of you might be feeling
“Others are using me and my kindness for their benefit and later on suppressing me”
According to a book named “No More Mr. Nice Guy” by Robert A. Glover, the writer said that if you feel like this is happening to you, it means you don’t understand what kindness actually is.
Kindness doesn’t mean losing your self-respect for others, but selfish people hypnotize others like this for their selfishness.
Kindness is simply not hurting anybody nor expecting any loss of them.
Kindness is an intention, not something that fools pretend to show.
Now it clarifies that you can be kind to anyone no matter what kind of person he or she is, either rich or poor, girl or boy anyone.
You can be kind to anyone and there is no cost to it.
